About Interstitial Art:

I'm Jess. Art lover, mom, entrepreneur, and someone who has always been most alive in spaces where artists and creatives get a platform.
I had the joy of growing up with a brilliant visual artist in the house and I was lucky enough to be exposed to original at such a young age. In college I pursued a bachelors degree in Arts Management with a minor in Studio Art, and throughout my professional career I have nurtured spaces where creatives and artists have a platform.
By day I run Busy Girl Collective, a marketing consultancy I created after years as a corporate in-house marketer and product developer. I am passionate about that work and I love it. But Interstitial is the other side of that coin. A passion project that has taken a few shapes over the years. A local gallery and event space. Pop-up experiences that blended art and wellness. Curated installations in public spaces. All of it meaningful, but somewhere along the way I realized I was drifting toward what I thought other people wanted to see and away from what actually makes me happy.
This newest chapter is about coming back to my roots and bringing the conversation back into my own home to talk about your place within the art world on your own terms.
I have worked with artists at every stage of their careers. Some are running full professional practices. Others are on a slower, more dynamic path that includes other work, raising families, and just being human. This space is dedicated to all of them.
My wish? That everyone finds their way to “the art of in between”.
